We deliver worldwide. All orders are tracked, and we’ll email you the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders are usually processed within a few hours. Personalised items may need 1 extra working day.

Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by:
- 15 December 2026 for UK delivery
- 8 December 2026 for international delivery

Customs, import taxes and duties
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import taxes, duties or handling fees by the destination country’s customs. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility unless they’re shown and charged at checkout. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we’ll refund the cost of the items, minus the original delivery charge.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you’ve given us. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (UK) or 15 working days (international), or arrives damaged, email hello@ourchristmaseve.co.uk with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
